1st German-Japanese Fellowship Programme

[Deadline: 2023/05/15]  Within the framework of the German-Asian Journalists’ Fellowship Programme, grants have been awarded annually since 1995 to German and Asian journalists. Due to geopolitical shifts and reflecting the importance of Japan as host of the G7 meeting, IJP, for the first time, will offer a fellowship project exclusively for Japan in 2023. This programme will put a strong focus on economics, geopolitics, environment/energy, and new technologies. A total of five journalists from Japan and five from Germany will have the opportunity to participate in a two-month stay abroad in the respective countries.
