While Germany can be seen as “home country” of the energy transition, Japan is currently developing into a global leader in key technologies of the “green economy”, including renewable energies, energy storage and hydrogen technologies. The German States of Brandenburg, Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern are not only pioneers in energy transition and H2 ecosystem development but also home to innovative companies and research institutions in this field.

On the occasion of a mission to Japan, the economic development agencies in Brandenburg, Berlin and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and the Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI) invite Japanese companies and research institutes in the areas of renewable energies, energy storage and hydrogen to a networking event and following reception and dinner for mutual exchange.
