DWIH Tokyo’s new webtalk series provides up-to-date information on research and innovation trends in Germany and Japan. Our first Coffee Talk is dedicated to the Japanese government’s new Basic Plan for Science, Technology and Innovation, which is scheduled to take effect in April 2021.

Moderator Axel Karpenstein (DWIH Tokyo) is in conversation with Fumikazu Sato (Japanese Cabinet Office) and Dr. Lothar Mennicken (German Embassy Tokyo).
